Our History
Our company was founded in 2003 by Glenn Smyth Sr. Our primary focus is to service the REO Industry. We currently operate throughout NJ and Eastern, PA.
All of our employees are experienced with REO properties. We pride ourselves in helping to facilitate smooth evictions, making sure we meet the bank’s/investor’s requirements while being sensitive to the homeowner and their concerns. Sherriff’s departments throughout the State of NJ routinely recommend our eviction services to banks, realtors and attorneys.

We are well equipped to handle any job. We have recently expanded our services to include property maintenance of rental properties. We offer services 7 days a week and our team is equipped to handle any problems.
We have established relationships with a large number of vendors for licensed trades including plumbing, heating, electric and HVAC. All of our vendors are experienced in the REO industry, rental property maintenance, and rehabilitation. And they are familiar with the need for pictures to document their work.
