Smyth recently completed a Home Rehab in Mantoloking, NJ. This house needed a complete renovation for it to be worthy of it’s spectacular location. Smyth was up for the challenge!

Not only were we asked to re-hab this home, but our client wanted a more upscale look in keeping with the neighborhood. We focused on the details like adding shiplap in select areas, adding pendant lighting over the kitchen island, installing upgraded appliances and pot filler, adding a wine fridge to the wet bar and installing unique tile work in the baths. The kitchen was completely re-done with new cabinets, quartz countertops, new sink and backsplash. New lighting was installed  throughout including new recessed lighting in the living room and new ceiling fans. All 5 baths are new and include new, lighting, fixtures and vanities. The master bedroom was redesigned for a better flow. All new flooring throughout, including upgraded carpet in the bedrooms. New paint throughout, including the garage. The curb appeal was greatly enhanced with new plantings, new beds and exterior power washing.
